Vandebron Thuis app is used by over 150,000 households. The app helps customers to manage their energy matters easy and gain insights about their energy usage. Ultimately, the app aims at creating more awareness about energy consumption and help users making money saving and sustainable choices.

While most of the customers find their way out, complaints are recurring about the usage screen being unclear and not intuitive. Together with a Project Manager, Native Developer and Digital Experience Manager, the chart feature is developed to provide customers more usage insights.
